My juicer works great! I would highly recommend it. I use my hand to push the fruit onto the reamer, and that way get the most juice out of it. I have only used it for oranges, but have no doubt it would work just as well on other citrus fruit, whether they are larger or smaller.
I also like being able to choose how much pulp I get.
All in all, I am very happy with your product!

Works fine. It's my first juicer so I don't have another one to compare with. It's a little bit of a chore to clean but does a good job with grapefruit.

I love this juicer! So far I've only used it for lemons, but it juiced them perfectly. I decided to give this product a try even though some people said they weren't happy with the purchase. I'm confused by those that say it's difficult to clean and/or take apart. It's super easy... even the sieve, which allows you to adjust how much pulp you want, twists apart for easy cleaning. I also love the carafe feature... it makes it very easy to put fresh juice right into the fridge.
