This is an incredible machine! It gets all of the juice out of the limes and lemons I have tried with very little effort. I get more juice from each piece of fruit than I ever got by hand, or even with my prior juice "squeezer". It is very easy to clean and I find myself making a lot more juices than I have oin the past.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reamer is too small for big oranges and grapefruits. It requires too much force to push fruit against it. You should have included reamer attachments that are suitable for larger fruit.
I still use my old juicer as it is shorter than this one and thus I have more leverage, don't have to lift my arms as high. In conclusion: you could do better by shortening the juicer and adding reamer attachments.

I love this juicer! So far I've only used it for lemons, but it juiced them perfectly. I decided to give this product a try even though some people said they weren't happy with the purchase. I'm confused by those that say it's difficult to clean and/or take apart. It's super easy... even the sieve, which allows you to adjust how much pulp you want, twists apart for easy cleaning. I also love the carafe feature... it makes it very easy to put fresh juice right into the fridge.
