I’m a juicer and have owned numerous small handy juicer and this is by far the best and most convenient since there is a carafe under the juicer and your counter top stays clean. Plenty of power for counter top juicer. I’ve become a cuisenart person.

Reamer is too small for big oranges and grapefruits. It requires too much force to push fruit against it. You should have included reamer attachments that are suitable for larger fruit.
I still use my old juicer as it is shorter than this one and thus I have more leverage, don't have to lift my arms as high. In conclusion: you could do better by shortening the juicer and adding reamer attachments.
