I love the lock and features. Set up and app is a pain until you get used to it. The door auto lock sensor stopped working after not even a week.

Huge fan of Lockly here - Visage Zeno is top line

Before I purchased this Lockly Visage Zeno Series lock, I owned 2 Lockly Visions (1 Vision, 1 Vision Elite) because I absolutely love these locks. As an Airbnb owner several states away from my Airbnb property, these locks were the only locks on the market that gave me all of the features I needed to make sure I could easily and effortlessly track renters, provide access keys within seconds, monitor all activity to ensure people were able to come and go as they needed, see who was at the door and talk with them if necessary and configure the lock for family and friends to have their own dedicated keys to come and when they were there.
Lockly does a phenomenal job of making secure locks with finger print readers, secure keypad entry and personalizing of configuration of the locks. Yale and Schlage come close with their features but none of their locks, despite having been in the door lock business for much longer than Lockly, have the right combination of features to give personalization and security and ease of use as the Lockly line does.
The only issue I have with this particular lock is that it seems a little tricky to wake it up to look for your face after locked. Sometimes it just recognizes my face without me doing anything. Other times, I have to tap the screen 2 or 3 times to wake the lock up. Other than that, it's a fantastic lock and I love that it has WiFi built in instead of, like the two Vision locks I have, having the Wifi device separate.

I bought this to make it easier for my family to come and go while keeping the house secure. The new facial recognition system works every time with no issues. The fingerprint and the Apple home key works with no hiccups. either. The lock out preforms my previous Yale Assure Lock.

Just got my Lockly Visage, and I’m seriously impressed! Setting it up was a breeze, and now I feel like I’m living in the future. The facial recognition feature is super cool—I just walk up, and the door unlocks like magic. Plus, I can still use my fingerprint or a code if I need to.
The matte black finish looks sleek on my front door, and it’s been working perfectly with my smart home setup (Siri, Alexa, and Google all get along great with it). It’s so convenient not to have to fumble for keys anymore. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a smart lock that’s both high-tech and easy to use!

This lock just have everything! Not only they have the standard features of fingerprint and keypad, but also new features like facial recognition and unlock with Iphone! I always think that we can unlock our phone with my face, why not your home? It is reacting so fast and I am so happy with how it performed - even at night or when I change my glasses. Thank you Lockly!

So easy to upgrade

I have been using Lockly's Secure Plus for many years, finally decided it is time for a upgrade and I was amazed by how easy the process is by just removing the old lock and plug in the new device. Facial recognition works even better than expected, unlocking with my iPhone is just so fast and easy.
