Door issues. Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door doesn't open properly; it gets stuck after opening just a little. It worked great for a week, but the previous one wouldn't open at all. I had to press the open door button for 30 seconds to get it to work. What is happening to the quality? This is terrible!
