I am very unhappy with this popcorn maker. it shoots popcorn everywhere, is extremely loud, and doesn't pop the kernels well. i ended up with popcorn kernels all over the floor, on my counters, etc. and the top does not melt the butter like it is supposed to. i really am not happy with this. i'd send it back if i could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello! We are sorry for your experience with the Dash Fresh Pop Popcorn Maker. We recommend placing a large bowl under the spout so the edge of the bowl is touching the body of the popcorn maker. We suggest using room temperature butter on the top for melting, and leave for a few additional minutes after the popping is complete to continue to melt.

I love dash products — not this one though. Butter tray is pretty useless, and it melted from heat. Popcorn also scatters all over, no practical way to contain it in a bowl. Go for thr othet popcorn maker, not this one.

Hello Suhail. We are so sorry the Dash Fresh Pop Popcorn Maker has not met your expectations. The butter should be placed at the top of the butter tray when the popcorn is popping so it can properly melt over the popcorn as it is being made. To ensure most popcorn gets into the bowl, we recommend using a large bowl and having it touch the base of the popcorn maker. Hope this helps!

I like this popper but towards the end it started spitting seeds out at me, maybe the ones I have are smaller than normal. Otherwise it’s pretty quick and does what I got it for
