Thr popcorn maker was genuinely good but I did not like the flavor because it was chewy but overall solid popcorn maker-popcornlover42

There are a few ways to fix this:
Add 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of corn into an airtight container. Shake the container and refrigerate overnight to distribute the moisture evenly.
It can also be as simple as changing popcorn brands.
If you have already popped the corn and it's chewy you can place the popcorn on a baking sheet in a single layer. Then warm it in the oven at around 250°F to 280°F for about 3 to 5 minutes (keep a close eye so it does not burn).

I love this popcorn maker. I had purchased another a year ago and used it twice. It was bulky, messy and a pain in the neck to use. This new little popcorn maker is awesome because it does a great job, is very fast popping the kernels and the cleanup is so easy. The other was greasy and messy.
