Very pleased with this purchase. Setup was a breeze. The vacuum/mop is all that is advertised. Cleans very well, and so far has been trouble free and so easy to use. I know that this is not their top of the line model, but I can’t imagine it being much better.

Had it for about a month and it is amazing! I’ve had a couple of other robot vacuums in the past that didn’t work as well as this. I love the hands off. The app is super easy to use unlike some other big box names in this category. Works as it should and I’m always floored away (pun intended) by how dirty the water gets and how much it picks up. 100% happy with this purchase thus far.

New generation with great cleaning performance

Got the new roborock on Saturday and opened it right away. Easy to install, just look as I expected, neat and modern. I didn't even look at the manual for installation.it’s quite self-explanatory.
Took some time to connect to wifi, Then all good to go from the roborock APP. For the first time when it draw the map and recognize the floor type, it takes a while.I’ve carpet overall and tile in bath, hardwood in kitchen, all recognized successfully. For an area wool carpet, the good thing is I could choose rise option and clean it.
It’s quieter than I expected, compare with my old S6. And the vacuum power much stronger. The most obvious enhancement is about dealing the long hair. It won’t be tangling with the machine anymore compared with S6. I’m super satisfied with this.

Love the amazing Roborock Qrevo S

I bought this Roborock Qrevo S mainly for cleaning the first floor (wood + carpet) of my house. It completes the job of vacuuming and mopping amazingly.
Unpacking and installation are super easy by following the instructions. You will only need to assemble two parts, connect it to Wi-Fi, fill in the clean water tank, and it is ready to work.
There are a lot of settings and options in the Roborock app. You can just use the default settings. The robot first runs a quick map setup. It can identify different materials on the floor. Then it starts to vacuum and mop the entire mapped area. You can also choose a specific area. The robot will automatically determine if the mop cloth needs to be cleaned and it will return to the dock for cleaning. This thing runs very quietly when working. It can easily identify and handle all kinds of normal obstacles in the home. And the battery can last long. The cleaning results are amazing. The only thing I need to do is empty the trash bag and dirty water tank after a few uses.
I have zero complaints about this product. I love using it and it saves me a lot of time and effort. It is definitely worth the price.

I bought this Roborock Qrevo S recently and used it to clean our kitchen and bedrooms. it’s a fantastic robot vacuum and mop combo that delivers awesome cleaning results. Excellent value for price. This robot is one of the best vacuums I've had, a marked improvement over the S7 (my prior model). It's lacking a couple of features of the S8 Ultra, but at less than half of the cost. Definitely purchase this with the docking feature as well. The app is very intuitive and easy to use.
