I had a previous Roborock S model, but this new one is on another level, it’s a total game changer. The vacuuming, mopping, and self-cleaning features work seamlessly, and it’s made keeping my house clean so effortless, even with a pet. Best robot vacuum and mop system out there. Very accurate at navigating and cleaning plus it's so slim that it can go just about anywhere in my home! It's amazing the amount of dirt and grime you empty from the dirty water bin and vac bag.

Solid, but AI detection not completely reliable

The unit has been great so far minus a pet mishap. The AI detection has proved to not be completely reliable though, my dog had an accident on the floor and the robot happily drove right through it. It wasn't a small pile, so I feel as if it should have been seen. It detects some things and doesn't detect others so it is hit or miss.

Bought about a month ago and Its GREAT!!! Don’t know why people have bad reviews. I wish you could access the electronic water tank inside the robot though. We have gates but somehow it mapped beyond the gate!!! Must be the LiDar. It mapped about 500-1000 in about 15 minutes and it can vacuum diomateceus earth
