Q Revo is shockingly good

Only had it a couple of weeks, but so far it’s been excellent! We have had Neato robots since 2017 and they have finally bricked on me. I am honestly shocked how much better the Roborock app is and the Q revo cleans very efficiently. Mapping is simply awesome & has not gotten itself stuck yet. I was skeptical with the auto empty (we have dogs & a lot of hair), but again I was shocked at how well it picks up & empties the dust bin fully. If you have been on the fence about upgrading or buying for the first time - I highly recommend the Q revo!!

Fantastic little machine

I’ve only had this for a few days but so far it’s done a great job keeping the house clean. We have a 2 year old GSD and keeping up with his constant shedding was starting to wear thin on our patience. I got this with the intention of having it cut down on the amount of deep cleaning we need to do every month and the day to day vacuuming. It’s 100% covered us on the daily vacuuming front. It’s picked up so much hair just in the past 2 days that I actually had a notification pop up from the base telling me it was clogged. I cleared the clog which could have been a small dog on its own and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
I guess the word of caution here is you should probably do a deep clean BEFORE letting this bot loose, otherwise you might end up with a nasty surprise in the dust bin/bag area of your base station. I can’t fault the bot or the base station for this, it was a very minor problem that took me less than 5 minutes to rectify and it hasn’t had an issue since.
I’ve got my bot running once a day, everyday, with mopping twice a week. The difference in cleanliness is beyond awesome and we’ve got SO much more time on our hands now to do other things besides cleaning the floors! Well done Roborock!

I bought this weeks ago and it works as I expected. I live by myself and have no pet in a 2b2b apartment which contains both floor and carpet area. The robot can clean both and tell the difference. I need to mention their customer service is very nice. Not only care about your price match but also care the performance of their product. Highly recommended!

Inexpensive Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo with the features of the high end robot vacuum and mop combos

I've owned this Roborock Q Revo for just over a week now and I am really impressed with its functionality and features.
When I first set this robot up, I found the instructions to be extremely easy to understand and easy to set up. It took me about a day to map out my home, create the no-go zones and create the walls where I don't want the robot to enter.
Once all the rooms were set up on the map, it was easy to begin testing the vacuum and the mopping functionality. I am impressed by the app which gives you different levels of vacuum and mopping intensity depending on the level of traffic in your home.
I played around with the scheduling over the next three days until I could gauge how long it would take to either vacuum or mop a particular area. Once I had the information the scheduling was easy to set up.
The maintenance is pretty easy, just refilling the water when it gets low or dump the dirty water out of the other container. It is also great that the app will alert you when you need to do either of these things. It is also cool that it cleans the dust bin, cleans the mop heads and refills the robot all from the dock, along with drying the mop heads. The only other thing I have to add is the cleaning solution that is made for the Roborock robots into the clean water container.
Ultimately, the thing that sold me is when I would wake up in the morning and all of the rooms were vacuumed and the floors mopped. I also prefer the dual lifing mopping heads over the mopping pads on other robots. It seems like it cleans better but I can only compare based on all the videos I researched before buying.
I would recommend this robot combo over the more expensive robot combos to anyone looking for a full featured robot with all the hands off automation.
