I don't usually leave reviews but this thing is genius. I already had a Roborock vac and had bought another very popular brand that was just a mop. The mapping was awful and it would just go in circles and not mop anything. Apparently it had trouble with dark floors and it thought the seams in my concrete floors were cliffs! I have a dog that sheds year round, black floors and live on av ranch that gets very dusty and muddy. The Q Revo has no problem with anything. The Roborock mapping is brilliant! Kudos to the software designers. And the fact that it knows to lift the mop heads and increase suction when it hits my area rugs is a stroke of genius. I still run my vac to do a first pass and then send the combo out My floors are always sparkling clean. I can't say enough good things about this product!

I have tried two Roborock multifunctional vacuums and this Q Revo is the best one for the price. It is easy to use and the mapping functionality in rooms allows you to clean specific rooms and areas. It also is compact enough to not require a large space in the home.
I didn't give it 5 stars because of the moping. I have a dog and where he drools or lays down, I must pass the mop twice because it does not leave the floor clean the first time around. .

one of the best robo vaccums and mop i have used. this thing was very quick to map my house took about 14 minutes while the roomba j7+ took about 70 minutes to accomplish the same (and got stuck in the middle as well).
the mop works great as well and is pretty quiet. the mapping features are great enables you to customize it to suit your needs. Value for money.

This is our first robotic vacuum and we have been very pleased thus far. We purchased the vacuum with the hope of better keeping up with our German Shepard mix shedding. Set up instructions were pretty simple to follow, the mapping process went very well, and I am quite pleased with the app on my iPhone. I did learn to break down cleaning to room by room every three days rather than the whole house as there is enough hair to block the dust bag suction inlet. It is also wise to empty the dirty water container following cleaning rather than waiting for it to fill completely to keep away from developing an odor.

My two dogs require constant vacuum and mop attention. This unit has been such a huge time saver for our family not to mention that house looks so much better. One suggestion I would have for folks dealing with pet hair is to break up your routines in to smaller segments. I was getting jams on ever return to dock. I figured it was because of a large load of hair so I cut the routines in half and no jams since. I break up the routines with about an hour in between for recharging.

It’s amazing. Me and my gf named the robot lol. Now dog hair is not an issue at all. Mopping is effortless. I have recommended this item to all my friends, where to purchase it again in a heartbeat. For the price, it has almost every feature that any premium ( double the price) robo vac has.

Best all-in-one and best bang for your buck. Love the removable tray, it's so easy to clean. I think this one is better than the more expensive models!
The only con is that it was super hard to connect to my wifi, even with 5g turned off. It didn't like the special character in my password so I had to change it, which is a pain because I have 30+ smart devices I had to update my password on.

Effortless setup. Effortless and consistent mopping and vacuum of hard floors and rugs. Minor issue with cable entanglement, but the Q seems to learn to avoid such issues. Scheduled cleaning is reliable. Three things to add for future products: 1. Way to plumb fresh water and dirty water resevoirs into the house water and waste systems; 2. Measured injection of authorized cleaning fluid suited to mopped or scrubbed area; and, 3. Real rug cleaning brushes and algorithim for carpeted areas.
