Loving it so far! Mapped my house out well and I make sure to run the vacuum in the living room and kitchen everyday and makes cleaning the house a lot easier! I would love for a robo safe detergent to come out for the mop feature, so that I can benefit more from the mopping function , love!

Have cats and their dirt travels

So happy that I bought this model. I have two cats and hard floors. There is always cat litter and fur floating around. Thankfully is combo vac/mop keeps my floors so clean I can walk around barefoot again! So very happy I got this ❤️

Love it, but was a pain to connect to my wifi the first time.

Great but connecting it to wifi was hard. It was really hard to connect to wifi. I had to go into my router settings to make a separate name for the 2.5ghz wifi that it needs. I called my ISP they couldn't help. It didn't work with the Roborock app, but does work with the MiHome app. I almost gave up trying. Glad I didn't because I love my vac. My floors are so clean : ). Customer service is also great!

My Little Janitor

I have two toddlers and a baby, needless to say, this little guy has absolutely changed my life. I used to spend SO much of my day sweeping crumbs around the house with one of those standing broom/dustpans. I literally felt like a janitor in a hotel lobby…except it was my house and I wasn’t getting paid. Except for bigger messes, now I just run my Q Revo while I’m sleeping and I wake up to a clean home! The app is fantastic and I really love the level of customization available. I’ve had other robot vacuums and they pale in comparison to Roborock. Expensive, but time is money!

I am fully satisfied. It mops really good. Mapping function is good, setup is easy. It can do multiple floors as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
