Did not provide the indicated amount of boundary wire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "What's Included" section on the website indicates that 600 feet of boundry wire is included with a 25H mower, but I received one spool of 100M plus an extension kit of 25M. The two spools combined are just over 400 feet, which leaves me about 100 feet short of the amount of wire I need to enclose my backyard. Very disappointing. I expected better from a company as established as Greenworks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst mower ever seen. Basically, it is a toy with many problems. It is immature product. Please improve it a lot before selling it.

Will not connect Light just flashes blue

Does not connect to 4G. The blue light never stays solid. I saw the review on the 50H and the link is not to a video. And in the App it says the blue light should go solid and you have 5 minutes to connect. It never stays solid blue it should do that no matter how you put the information in the AP. I also read a review that said to try and reinstall the App, did that even though I figure the blue light should be solid even with no app. Like the 50H review I called on a weekend and was supposed to be contacted back, two days and nothing.

From the looks of it I would say the what’s included page is correct, but these should match. I really needed it to be 600 feet.

Greenworks really needs a FAQ page or forums, or email support. I hate waiting 40 minutes on hold or wait by a computer for a chat.

The Future of Lawn Mowing

I bought this for my old house that is now an Airbnb. While this technology is amazing, I expect it to get even better. If it does a decent job on my tough Vermont lawn, imagine what it could do in a more tamed environment!

This was super easy to install, just needed to do a little tweaking to get the mow distance just right, and it does an outstanding job cutting the grass. My lawn is the same height all the time even when it rains for a week without the sweat and suffering from allergies. Bonus no grass clippings to bag or grass coming inside stuck to your shoes/pets, and you can enjoy the outdoors even when it is mowing because it is so quiet you can still hear the birds singing. I am so glad I took a chance on this as my lawn would have been a jungle by now thanks to a broken ankle. Have had almost a month so can't speak for durability.

this is great, finished mowing my .3 acres complex yard in about 2 days (I didn't mow it for over a week before receiving this unit lol), and now my yard is always level, as I watch my two neighbor's yards grow day after day.
the setup was easy, and after tweaking the geofencing a little, this mower can now more on its own, or on my schedule. I mainly run out at night, because it's so quiet!

Quiet and works Great!

I bought the Optimow a few weeks ago and am enjoying the results, lawn looks better than ever, I used the scheduling wizard to set the mowing schedule, we named our mower Henry! No problems with setup, mowing, charging, or a slope in the whole back yard…the directions and website videos were so helpful and informative. I have never been so happy and excited to watch my lawn being mowed!
I would recommend this to a friend!
