Worst product on the market

Unless your yard is a perfect, flat square and you live alone, don't buy. 2 people cannot have the app at the same time. The mower will not map anything other than a perfect square, so dont have a driveway, a house, a garden, a shed, a fence or anything in your yard. Once you do fight for 6 hours to map anything, it will then tell you it can't return to its charger, to make a new map to go to the charger--oh but that map can't overlap the map you spent hours mapping--the map that includes the charger, you also can't edit the map once made, so you then have to delete the entire map and spend hours making ANOTHER map, just for the app to crash and delete everything again. Long story short. I returned the mower.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced with the Optimow 25. For mapping and app issues, we recommend ensuring your app and mower firmware are up to date, deleting any previous maps before creating a new one, and mapping your yard in smaller sections to reduce complexity. Make sure the charger is in an open, accessible spot and that your device has a stable connection during setup.

If you have been thinking about purchasing a robotic mower, this is the one you should buy. After initial setup, it will mow your yard as advertised. I especially liked the height adjustment options. It is very quiet as well. I highly recommend!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective

Efficient and adorable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed by this little guy. Granted, the set up and manual are pretty confusing, it took some trial and error so I think a more simplistic instruction guide/labeled or color coded cords could go a long way. However once I got it up and running, it’s awesome! It is very precise when it comes to mapping out the area, and mowing but struggles a little with tall grass (to no fault of its own, but maybe before your first use, mow anything tall to give this a place to start, then it should be good for all following uses). All together I am very impressed, this is going to be a game changer in the 100 degree summer weather!!!

This review was cleaned up using gemini to make it more readable, but all the thoughts are my own.
I I’ve been putting the new Greenworks Mowbot C20 through its paces, and overall, I am incredibly impressed. Specifically once things are setup, the experience of not having to mow your yard, and having it mow every other day (how I have mine set up) is amazing - its just always mowed. While there is a bit of a learning curve to the initial setup, the end result is an always mowed lawn. (keep in mind that this a a lawn mower, not a trimmer, so you will still have to periodically go and trim/blow, but this reduces the time to maintain the lawn by like 90%)
The moment that best describes the reason I love this thing is because it allows me to drink a cold beer on the porch as I watch it mow the lawn which I think about how productive I am being.
The Highlights:
Whisper Quiet: I honestly thought it wasn't working at first because it is so quiet. I have it scheduled to mow every other day at midnight, and it doesn't disturb anyone.
Superior Navigation: It handles obstacles like a child's sandbox with ease, backing up and re-calculating its path confidently. I highly recommend setting the no-go zones before you have it mow - I tried letting it mow without marking things like a gardenbed in the middle of the yard - it did eventually get around it and mow everything, but it took way longer than when I put in the no-go zone. this thing navigates a lot better than my wyze robot vacuum - which I'm guessing is because its using cameras and GPS, not just lidar.
Satisfying Results: In big open areas, the diagonal stripes it leaves are professional-grade and look fantastic. Theres also the ability to "paint" in designs in the grass if you have a big enough yard - I haven't played with this, but I love the stripes, so I bet that could be cool too.
A Few Tips for New Owners:
The Power Supply: The manual can be a bit confusing here—make sure you use the large power supply for the mower base; the smaller one won't provide enough voltage to charge it. This isn't clear in the instructions and took a bit for me to figure out.
Mapping Success: When creating your maps, turn off your phone's WiFi and use cellular data. I found that if the phone hand-off from wifi to 5g happens at the edge of the yard, the map might not save. So just make sure your phone is on 5g the whole time and that makes it smoother.
Antenna Placement: Pay close attention to the satellite antenna location; the graphics in the manual are a bit sparse, so take your time finding a clear spot. I ended up making a simple mount with a scrap of plywood - I included a picture of this, I don't understand how they think you can mount the antena with the little yard stake thing, that doesn't seem like it would be a long term solution - at least in my yard with dogs and kids running around it would get knocked over in no time. Once I mounted it to the side of an awning, it is a nonissue and gets great reception.
One thing I had to figure out was how to navigate scheduling mows of side yard and front yard when I have a gate closed - I still haven't nailed down how I am going to coordinate this, right now I just use a squeeze clamp from harbor freight to hold the gate all the way open so the mower can go mow when it needs to. This isn't an issue with the mower at all.
Random note, it has a remote control mode that you can use to just drive it around, or to drive and mow remotely, its quite fun, brought out my inner kid again having fun playing with it like a remote control car. I'm sure the novelty of this will wear off quick and it will just be an auto driving robot 99% of the time, but I had a good bit of fun with it regardless.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Quiet, Durable, Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really impressed with the Greenworks AIMOWBOT WIRE-FREE RTKVISION ROBOTIC MOWER — it’s completely changed how I manage my lawn. I use it on a .75-acre yard, and it handles the space effortlessly. The wire-free setup was simple, and the RTKVision navigation maps everything with excellent precision while smoothly avoiding obstacles — no boundary wires needed.
It handles uneven areas and moderate slopes with no problem and leaves a consistently clean, even cut. The mobile app makes it easy to set schedules, adjust cutting height, and manage zones right from my phone. It runs quietly and always returns to its dock to recharge.
Overall, it’s a smart, reliable upgrade that saves me hours of work every week and keeps my lawn looking great.

The mower performs well after setup is complete

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] when I opened the box I saw that everything was packed in nice and tight. First thing I did was pulled the charger out and started to charge the mower. Then I downloaded the app and followed the instructions in the app to set up. There were more details in the app that there were in the owners manual. With that being said I feel like that there could have been more direction given. For instance, plugging the antenna into the power source. The written instructions show that the antenna should be plugged directly into the wall, where the pictures show that the antenna should be plugged into the back of the charger. This is a little bit confusing to me but I was able to make it work by giving the antenna its own power source. The other struggle I had was with the app connecting the mower to the app and controlling it through the app. It seem to be very sluggish sometimes it would respond quickly other times it would take a long time for it to respond. Once I got everything set up though, the mower function pretty good it stayed within its boundary like I wanted it to and just mowed back and forth in small strips till the lawn was done. I do highly recommend before you operate the power to make sure that you have included all the non-mowing designations such as trees shrubs, power boxes in the ground, and other obstacles that are not easily movable. Over all, good equipment.

Very happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife bought this for me a couple years ago as a Father's Day present. Setting up, as they tell you, takes some work but honestly it was easier than I thought it would be. My yard has a lot of obstacles and trees -- a lot more complex than the standard lawn, and it still works very well. When it does get stuck once in a while, my phone alerts me. Best part, is that my lawn is always mowed! I'm very happy with it.
