Great for beginners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect espresso machine for beginners. Extremely easy to navigate. The instructions are very easy to follow. It has a one touch display. Built in grinder which delivers an amazing cup of espresso. The froth last a while and the cup looks amazing. It’s like getting the same thing at a coffee shop only you now can enjoy it in your own home. Very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW!!!! At first this machine can seam a little intimidating but it's really a breeze to operate. Just take the time to read booklets that come with it or look up a video online. As for the quality it is beautiful!! Also it comes well packaged so having it shipped you can be sure it arrives intact. It makes a variety of beautiful drinks literally at the touch of a button. I'm a coffee drinker ant the coffee that it produces is unreal, just add your favorite beans then boom!!! The only con is for me that when it comes to coffee I can't figure out if there is a way to increase the cup size.

This machine is so great in its ability to make different beverages from fresh gound coffee to espressos to cappuccinos. No more of those ridiculously expensive coffee houses. I get much better making my own with this wonderful coffee system!

Very user friendly and convenient

It's very user-friendly, so if you're not into very detailed customization, this machine will make a really nice latte, cup of coffee, etc. One critique I have is that it would be nice to have an option for only steamed milk in case you want to make a tea latte. It's really nice that there are built-in automated cleaning features. The water tank is a good size. I love that you can use both whole beans and ground coffee! It's a great machine for someone who enjoys espresso drinks but doesn't want to learn to be a barista!

Best in-home coffee I have ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I start, I want to say that this review is not fantastical in anyway. I have a background in training coffee employees from a large coffee brand on how to use and maintain their machines.
First, the coffee is excellent. The shots pour perfectly with the correct amount of crema, the heart appears as it should and has the perfect consistency. When attaching the LatteCrema system and making a cappuccino, the milk is perfectly steamed and has a lot of good sturdy foam. I appreciate that when you make a milk based beverage that the milk comes out first so the espresso does not become bitter while it sits.
Second, the grind feature is amazing. Perfect little pucks of grounds are left in the bin and they look correctly extracted. Another great thing is that you can remove the grinder in one piece to maintain it or replace it in case of breakage. Absolutely wild for an in-home coffee system. Usually it is difficult to remove or you have to replace the entire machine.
If I had one issue, it would be the noise, but that is not the machines fault. All machines make noise when it grinds beans and calibrates. This one is actually pretty quiet for what it is accomplishing.

I love the convenience. Getting my favorite coffee shop beverage at the push of a button is wonderful and the frothed milk is perfection. Cleanup is so easy. And the coffee is amazing. I have never had such a wonderful cup of coffee. I love it.
