Best coffee ever

After I got a little help from a barista on tips, it was very simple to use. It is durable and very high quality built machine. The one touch preset buttons make brewing espresso and latte very easy in your own kitchen

It arrive nicely packaged and it was heavy. My and my husband are in love with this machine. It’s easy to clean and love the brewing options . It definitely took our brewing and latte options up a notch. It also saves us money from buying coffee almost every day!!!

Makes Anything You Crave!

Since it’s been so hot over 100, my go to has been a lovely iced coffee made with espresso from my new favorite fancy coffee/espresso machine with milk frother. I Love the versatility and the intricate details and thoughts that went into making this gorgeous machine. I never have to go out and get coffee, this literally makes anything you can imagine. Also hot water is readily available which makes my life easier to make tea or anything my guests need like even hot water for their ramen lol. Love this so much!

Coffee shop quality at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is great. It has all the features and functions that you could possibly need to please everyone. You can make hot water, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and latte macchiato. I love that I can make hot water quickly which has enabled me to get rid of my tea kettle. I also love making a lot of drinks with frothed milk, like a London Fog. The milk frother makes such creamy froth that really brings out the sweetness of the milk. It is very easy to customize how much you want on any drink. It is easy to clean and has a self cleaning function for the milk frother. It is not the most intuitive machine, you really need to read the directions well to understand how to properly use the machine. I am excited to try even more drinks and save money on buying them from a coffee shop.

Excellent all-in-one espresso machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The included instructions are very thorough. Entering some of the settings can be a bit challenging because it involves pressing buttons in a certain order rather than there being an actual menu. Luckily this only really needs to be done during the initial setup. The milk carafe has labels so you know the proper amount of milk to add depending on what you’ll be brewing. Then you just select your beverage and the machine does the rest! My husband had a super automatic espresso machine that had a wand for milk frothing and I was never pleased with how my drinks turned out using it. That is no longer a problem thanks to the LatteCrema System! The water reservoir is pretty large, as it the area that holds the coffee beans. It was also nice that a small sample bag of coffee beans was included too!

Delicious cafe quality coffee

I was very intimidated by it at first as it has more options than I am used to but it is very user friendly. The quality seems amazing! Excited to see what I can create with this. Also like that cleaning it was simple compared to some other appliances I've owned

Very durable machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is amazing! The first cup of espresso was believably perfect. Excellent nice Brew speed. Not too fast and not too slow. The overall durability of the machine is exceptional. I am an everyday coffee drinker so this espresso machine is a little advanced for me however if you are an avid coffee drinker or espresso I recommend this machine. I love the grinding feature, I love the grounds holder, and it comes with a filtration system which is above anything I've ever had. You can set the strength and I try them at all levels. It is just an overall amazing machine. Again myself being an everyday coffee drinker and it not making an entire carafe of coffee first thing in the morning, it's just not for me. Great for an office setting even and hitting clients things like that. Not good for a large crowd
