I love it. We used to own a Magnifica and it lasted a very long time. The only thing I do not like as much is the small milk container. That's why only 4 stars.

Delicious Espresso from the comfort of my home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Magnification Start Espresso Machine makes an amazing espresso or beyond to get your morning going. It comes equipped with an attached frother to enhance the perfect espresso and offer many different types of beverages at the press of a button. This machine will save me money because I can skip the coffee shop and brew the perfect cuppa from the comfort of my home. The machine takes both whole ground beans or pre-ground coffee and brews an espresso (or latte macchiato, or cappuccino, or coffee) to perfection. There’s a slight learning curve when you get the machine—lots of buttons and lights on the machine—but pretty user friendly after a quick read through the instructions. It’s easy to take apart and clean and has a self cleaning cycle at the beginning and end of each use of the machine, (but still needs a solid rinse after each use). Your beverage comes out at a nice, very warm temperature, not piping hot. I’ve removed one star because you can’t use the steamer without brewing an espresso at the same time—I’d love to be able to make a cup of steamed milk in the evening or add some steamed milk to my tea. That doesn’t take away from my enjoyment of my new DeLonghi Espresso machine. So excited to have so many professional quality brewing options on my kitchen counter!

With some tweaks, its awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love coffee and lattes. I have numerous machines that Ive used over the years and like machines that allow for a consistent cup of coffee each time without too much preparation. The magnifica start is almost perfect for my needs. I love that it has a quality grinder in the machine and does all of the preparation automatically. I can use whatever beans I want and change the intensity.
When it comes to making lattes, I like how simple it to make it in one cup. I did customize the latte button to add the amount of milk and espresso I like. I haven’t found a way to just make milk without the machine grinding the coffee. However, this machine makes quality drinks with no effort. One customized, it stores that as ratio for that button. This might not be ideal for multiple people who like different ratios of milk/coffee.
Lastly, this has a dedicated hot water function that I didn’t know I needed until I used it on this machine. I love that it’s clean, hot water that doesn’t interact with the coffee spouts.
Overall this is a solid machine that makes consistently good coffee with minimal effort.

It does it all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I did forget to mention in my video is that it grinds up whole coffee beans and if I want, I can just press the button and makes my coffee with the whole beans and it just grounded up. It also has an option to add your own grounded up coffee beans. It comes with a scoop for measurement and on the top of the machine there’s a little door where you open and put your scoop of coffee in there and press the button of whatever drink I want. In front of the machine, there’s an attachment that I can choose to have hot water for my tea. I can choose to take off that attachment and add the milk froth or attachment so I can make lattes. What I did find a little confusing was when I opened up the front part to clean it out. It’s all in one as the unused grounded coffee all the way in the back section and then the used coffee in the front so I cannot just take the dirty use coffee and rinse it. I would have to take everything off and clean it out.
Another thing to know is that it is super loud when it’s making a drink. It does take a lot of electricity as my breaker popped a few times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They didn’t miss anything when they made this the frothing part is awesome and easy to clean the machine also has a clean button which is a great feature fast good brewing coffee it makes lattes,cappuccinos, espresso, regular coffee and hot water for when you’re making tea it’s quite and very easy to figure out I’m in love with this coffee machine I feel like I own my own little coffee shop

My espresso taste so much smoother and creamier. The machine does take some time to get used to. It reminds me of espresso in Paris! Cleaning isn’t too hard. Water drains when I turn on the power button, I’m still learning how to use the machine but I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying this is the first espresso machine I have ever owned. It took me a little while to figure out all the settings and different things this can do, but the manual explains everything well. It’s very appealing and fits well on my counter, not too big. Looks expensive and sleek. It’s simple to clean and makes delicious coffee, espresso, macchiato, and cappuccino very quickly. Love that I can make so much with one machine. It’s also pretty quiet when brewing which is another bonus. Hoping this lasts a long time as it’s appears to be built well. Would recommends to anyone looking for a great espresso machine that basically does it all.
