inferior to RQ12/52

Garbage. Go back to the RQ12/52. The RQ12/52 is far superior! Admit this was a bust and give us back the quality you once had. The RQ12+ is horrible.
Cons: plastic, heads do not cut as close as the rq12/52, cutting performance degraded after 2 months, feels cheap, inferior product to previous model

RQ12+ is a disappointment

I started using my RQ12+ a few days ago and within three days the orange blade retaining plastics started getting loose causing the blades to wobble when shaving. I wish they can be made to grip and retain the blades better. The blade itself is good but the orange retainer is the issue. Wish I can get a better blade retainer. I want to add that I have been a faithful Philips shaver user for over 35years. Never used any other shaver
Pros: blades are good and shave well
Cons: orange blade retainers get loose and fail to retai

an epic fail compared to previous RQ11/RQ12 versions

even brand new, it does not cut as well as the prior Philips Norelco RQ12+/62 et al.
I have to press really hard and go over many times to get a decent shave that still is not as close as before.
Might be time to switch back to the competition, I never thought that would...

Garbage replacement

I am switching shaver brands due to this new head design.
It is a step back in every single way from the previous design.
It doesn't get as close. It irritates the skin. It literally pops apart while using it.
Replacements of the old style are going for up to $150 on auction sites, that's how in-demand the now discontinued previous versions are!
Cons: fragile, not close, discomfort

Falls apart, hard to put together

I hate it, it fell apart within a month of owning it. The old model was easy to open and clean. This one falls apart when you try to wash it, and then you need to reassemble it. The back falls off and will not stay in place. I have used Norelco for 40 years, and am considering switching, since this is so big of a hassle.

Bring back the original replacement RQ10 $RQ12 Shaver Heads for a FAIR & REASONABLE PRICE.
THE CURRENT SHAVER HEAD REPLACEMENTS ARE INFERIOR AND WON'T PROVIDE AN ACCEPTABLE SHAVE FOR A QUALITY MADE SHAVER.

Cons: substandard product

Have used this brand of shavers for many years and really was surprised that this new unit didn't provide a closer shave.
Cons: does not shave close enough.
