Lost Lifelong customer with this change

These replacement blades have made my razor worthless. It takes 3 times as long for a worse shave than the original provided (not exaggerating).It's quite clear that my experience is not unique, yet nothing has been done to rectify this situation. There was nothing wrong with the old replacement blades. I will have to buy a new razor now and will not be purchasing Norelco again.
Cons: shave takes too long, much worse than original
The replacement head does not provide a shave anywhere near as close or smooth as the original. Feel very betrayed by the brand that they did simply provide replacement blades for the 3D head and instead replace the whole head with one that does not conform to the face as well and does not shave as well. Used to live my shave now I hate it and have gone back to regular razor out of shear frustration.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shaver is alright. Why do I have to buy the entire head when the blades get dull? I'll just buy a cheaper shaver when blades get dull. I will not recomend this shaver.

Bad replacement head. Norelco went cheap on this one. Blades will not stay in place after cleaning. Holding element keeps coming loose. Shave is not close. Need to go over with straight edge to get a close shave.
Pros: none
Cons: worst replacement

glad i am not the only one having problems. the replacement heads are bad, takes me three times as long to feel like i am almost clean shavin.
Cons: wont cut even my light beard

As a long time user of Norelco shavers I have to admit I am disappointed with the RQ12+ shave head. You can get a good shave from the RQ12+ but you have to unlearn how you shaved with the RQ12. No more wet shaves. You also have to work at it. I have to go over areas 3 or 4 time till my face is smooth. When the RQ12+ made it's appearance I quickly bought two RQ12 replacement heads. Sad to say I had to start using the RQ12+ last winter. I am still not happy after giving it a 9 month trial. The question is: new replacement head soon or a new Norelco model. Can't use a blade because of surgery. I got my first Norelco in 1959 so I been through a lot of models. I thought this one was it. Yes I read the reviews before I bought this replacement head but there are no other options out there if you want to keep your shaver.
Pros: no nicks or rash using this head.
Cons: you really have to work to get a close shave.
this replacement blade unit does not cut as well as the original 3 head unit. it misses a lot of the longer beard hairs uncut & misses many of the hairs under the chin & at the base of the neck. in fact this replacement unit isn't the same as the original, it's a completely different design.
