A great shaver, easy to use. Easy to clean.
I started using a Norelco to shave with as a teenager and when I needed to replace my shaver it had to be with a Norelco.

First purchased the shaver then as recommended sent for the replacement head. Although pricey I would buy another. Had other brands previously but found Norelco the best shave.
Pros: full pivoting heads for comfort.
Cons: cost high in comparison/other brands

Bad choice to change design from original head

This head is a severe downgrade to the original heads. I agree with many others here and have also used norelco for 30 + years. Will be looking at other brands if Norelco fails to return to the original design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is always good to get new sharp razor heads, very smooth shave.

Very good product, best electric shaver I have used in 60 years. I just wish the price didn't seem so high each time I trade up to a new product.
Pros: comfortable on beard when sharp, lightweight
Cons: hard to tell how much battery life is left

The only thing that I found missing is the plastic cover that goes over the blades. I had one with the original blades but it cracked. I expected to have received one with the new blades.

I have been using my Phillips Norelco Senso Touch 3D shaving unit for years. I really love its performance and ability to hold a long charge. I just changed the blades and the saver is just like new. It treats my facial skin with care and yet gets all the whiskers. I highly recommend this shaver.

Great Shaving experience. Have used Norelco for over 20 years and would not go back to conventional razor. I also get a haircut daily using the Norelco Razor on my head!
Pros: ease of cleaning
Cons: must clean daily
