Cheaply Made

I have had this product for less than a year. I stored it in my garage for at least 6 months in the winter and when I took the cover off this Spring, the handle ripped right off the cover
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Took a chance, but still allows rain water through

I read the previous reviews about the rain water but thought I would still give this cover a chance - unfortunately, after purchasing this cover, I found that mine too was not water proof and allowed rain water to pool on the grill. I could not definitively tell if it was getting through the seams or just through the fabric. Would not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great cover but handles wear out and break

Bought the cover over a year ago. Looks great and fits nice. However the fabric on the handles have completely deteriorated from being outside (i guess) in the sun and elements. One handle has completely broken off the cover and the other handle is not far behind as it is close to breaking off as well.
I would definitely recommend this cover but the manufacturer would need to fix the deficiency with the handles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great cover, until now

14 months old, the handle came off. Not where the stitches are but right after them. Only one has broken. Only half was torn at one time, when I grabbed it, it ripped like paper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Robust cover that deteriorates over time

Very sturdy outer material, looks great initially but will unfortunately fade to a worn out looking grey color after a few seasons. After a few years, inside layer peel offs (not because of BBQ heat, maybe due to frost forming between the BBQ cover and the metal top, making it stick in winter time?), which makes it a bit less water proof.
It is still in one piece, covers the BBQ, and its handles are still solidly attached. My BBQ looks fantastic, but this cover will definitely need a replacement and, at this price, it should last longer.

Handle ripped after 4 months

Bought the cover with the barbecue. Love the barbecue. Cover is heavy duty and has prevented water from leaking through as others have experienced. But one of the handle has started ripping at the stitches just like some customers have experienced. I sent an email over 5 days ago to CS. No response. I have also initiated a warranty claim today. Will wait for customer service to respond.

Initially Awesome, but...

I was super happy with the cover at first, then faded pretty quickly but I though that was minor At the time.
This year it started to tear like paper when you tried to lift it off of the grill.
It now lives in the landfill as it was completely wrecked by the end of summer.
Maybe it's not built for Canada where we have 4 seasons??

Great BBQ, poor cover

The BBQ itself works very well, stainless steel grills are worth the money. However, as with most other reviews on here, the cover has a poor handle design such that it tears much like the pictures on previous reviews. Might look for an aftermarket cover.
