Excellent customer service

Bought Baron BBQ and matching cover. Grill is the best I have ever used. Had an issue with my cover....one if the top handles separated. The store warranty had expired (over 90days) but the cover was replaced immediately by Broil King free of charge; shipped free as well. Outstanding customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We just bought the grill cover along with the new Broil King gas grill. The cover looks and feels very durable compared to the other brand covers. Well made! Hopefully it will have a long duration.

Handle broke within 3 months of purchase

I bought this in May, the handle on the cover broke within three months of usage. It just snapped.

Nice cover, poor handles

About a year ago, I purchased an awesome Baron 440 grill, and also bought a cover (Broil King 68487 Heavy Duty PVC Polyester Grill Cover) to match. Unfortunately, as I was pulling the grill out from its Winter garage storage and removed the cover, one of the handles just separated (broke off) from the cover.
Seems to be a similar story to many others who have provided reviews here - disappointing, as it is otherwise a fine product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Quality Handles

I'd recommend my Broil King BBQ forever, great solid product. However I spent quite a bit of money on the cover to ensure it was protected. Went out this evening to pull the cover and clean the grill and the handle popped off in my hand. After reading the reviews, I guess I'm not the only one so that makes it a bit better. We had a bit of a crazy winter so maybe that's what led to this, however I remain disappointed wtih the purchase. The handles made it super easy to cover back up, part of the reason I liked it until now.

I had this grill and cover for less than a year and one handle has completely come off. Just your casual use but if I'm going to spend that much just to cover my investment it shoul hold up longer than that. Love grill. Hate the cover.

Cover looks goodI bought this a week ago, and

I bought a new broil king a week ago along with a broil king bbq cover. After a rainfall I removed the cover and top and sides were all wet
