As a nurse, after a long day, this is great for sore feet. A 12, 10 or even 8 hour day takes it toll on your feet, as most of us never get a chance to sit: unless we are lucky enough to get a 30 min lunch.

This makes icing your plantar fasciitis so easy. My doctor recommended I ice my foot twice a day. With the polar foot roller it is so easy. Just throw it in the freezer and then take it out twice a day to roll my foot on it. Gives you an excellent cold foot massage. Put it back in the freezer and it is ready to use again and again.

This roller is one of my best friends on a day where my plantar fasciitis is really mad at me. I bought 2 so I could rotate them in and out of the freezer.

The roller feels great against you foot. The fact that the metal is already cool to touch helps. Doesn't need to be put in the freezer, just as a massage tool works already perfect.

This is the best tool to use for plantar fasciitis or foot pain. Easy to use, stays cold for a long time. This is a must have and I'm thankful I found it.
