This product isn’t great...it’s fabulous. I have plantar in both feet and I’m tired of meds and shots. I’m 64 and to have pain that restricts what I do..I’m done with that. Water bottle ...no way. This stays cold along time as you just think it doesn’t stay cold long because your foot gets used to the cold. This is amazing and no mess and freezes quickly...I may buy another just so I can do both feet at the same time. I should of done this sooner and saw an commercial online for another unit but I liked the reviews on this better and it was cheaper ......I’m so sold on this I only wish I didn’t put off doing more research sooner....this is better than anything and anything but a 5 for review is ridiculous....don’t wait as everything takes time and thing problem can reverse itself but you have to use it faithfully. Thx Polar Roller.....you are a necessity in my life and I already see results I a short time....so imagine later .... I’m convinced this will fix my problem IF USED CORRECTLY AND OFTEN

Love this roller! Got it for my mom who has a heel spur and had been using a frozen bottle of water before. This has a nice curve to fit her foot and quality rollers on either side. It also doesn't slip away or crunch like the bottles would.

I had been using a water bottle that I froze in the freezer and after a while it would start to leak. But, with this foot roller I'm able to treat my foot and not have to worry about water leaking all over the place. I have used it hundreds of times without any issues or problems. It is well made and I expect many years of use.

The cold therapy is really helping! You do need to wear a thin sock when you first take it out of the freezer, but you can target what needs the help and the roller's smooth action makes it easier to massage.

If you have Planter Fasciitis you just need to keep this in your freezer. I run, and when I'm done I use this to ice my foot. So much nicer than the frozen water bottle I was using!

This is effective for my husband's Plantar Fasciitis. He likes it very much. I like that he's not using my rolling pin on the dirty floor with his dirty feet any more ;)
