Great 2K Interior Cameras.

Clear image, local storage, remote access, motion/person detection, supports RTSP streaming, no recurring extortion fees. I initially had a problem with 60 Hz light interference pattern in the video feed when using cheap Feit Electric LED non-dimmable bulbs. Easily fixed by replacing with GE daylight non-dimmable LED bulbs. I now have 2 indoor and 2 doorbell cams

Lorex Removes bad Reviews...

I left a review in which I stated this camera needed an immediate firmware update. By that I mean as soon as I unpacked out of the box it came in. I contacted Lorex who said to call customer service. I did that and got nowhere. So just fyi for all of you buying this camera, you will NOT get the support you need if it doesn't work. Buyer beware!

In an Emergency

Talk about the nick of time, installed these for a grandparent who lives alone a few days ago, and five days after installing, checked in on them and found them laying on the floor collapsed from low blood sugar. Was able to talk to them through the talk feature on the camera and told them the Ambulance is on the way. We were able to watch when the ambulance arrived and trying to enter the home and break a door with the 1080p outdoor cameras we installed as well. These really came in handy! We watched and listened to the EMS checking vitals and checking all their blood levels all from 5 hours away. This camera really blended in to the surroundings cause the EMS were all told these cameras were installed literally days before this event, and none of them could find it, till I started talking to them. All the family is shared with these and can go back and share the footage if the EMS need to see how they collapsed. I will say the volume on these cameras and the outdoor cameras are very low, you have to shout into your phone in order to hear on the other end. There is no volume settings and that needs to be fixed with a software update or something stat!
