I am very satisfied with this NVR model N882A63B which I purchased on the Lorex online store in February 2021. The delivery was fast and the unit was well packaged with no damage. Setup was very easy. I bought my first NVR from the Lorex online store in 2018 and came back as a repeat customer. I have used customer support in the past and that works very well. My call was answered quickly with no wait time and the service was perfect. Overall I have had complete satisfaction with the online store, the NVR unit and the customer support. Also, my purchase in 2018 included six 4K 8MP IP outdoor cameras that have run 24/7 with no down time.

Easy set up with good router. Fast connection when logging on. Great images and playback videos. Simple playback from timeliness. Purchased 6 so far. Plan on purchasing 2 more for my friends birthday gift.

I purchased this camera to watch my pets when I'm not at home. I already have Lorex outdoor cameras installed so I thought adding this Wi-Fi unit to my phone app was the best way to go. The camera arrived on time and was ok to add to my app. I had a little trouble originally adding it to my app but discovered it was my input error. So I was deciding where to place this unit and as I was trying out different areas I discovered that it is magnetized! So I attached it to a pole lamp in the corner of my living room that gives me complete coverage of my entire area. It is adjustable so I moved the view finder the way I want and it's great. No one even notices the camera. The lamp is turned on with a foot switch so no one even reaches near the camera. The only thing that would make this fantastic for me is if it was black, then it would easily blend into the lamp's exterior. Great Product.

This was easy to setup and add to a HOME app. The magnetic base was nice to just fasten to wall and stick camera on. the quality is great and the 2 way communication worked well.
