I like the quality and

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the quality and the versatility of the wireless cameras. I was a bit disappointed that the set up process of getting the cameras fused to my home system was so cumbersome. Also, one camera began cycling on and off after a couple of days. After a reset atop a ladder, I got it working again and hope it will stay that way. Additionally, I am more disappointed that I cannot see the event markers on my home system, only on the app. Despite those issues, I am happy with the cameras as an addition to my other 9 wired cameras.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my cameras was stolen out of my garage. I contacted you to see how to retrieve the video to see who stole it and nobody ever got back to me. I tried to call and I was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Please help me figure out who stole me camera inside my garage. I bought a new camera from you to see if the past recording would restore and it didn't work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how simple these are to set up on my phone, if you turn off mobile data while setting them up. For some reason they will not connect and the instructions do not tell you. I had to do some online research. Easy to share with family members, just hit the two people icon in upper right corner. (I always limit their access in the settings. I remove their camera functions and device settings). I've mounted them outside as long as they are out of the weather (under a porch). I've also mounted them on the inside of windows facing outside, just turn of the auto night vision to prevent glare from the IR. Once everything connects, hit the arrow radio button to make sure you see a live image then you can turn your phone mobile data back on. Hope this helps. . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera works great! Very good design, very cost effective. I have 2 of them in my garage and the IR feature is better than I had hoped, its almost like the lights are on. Only 1 thing I would try to change is the speed at which the app brings up live or recorded video. Sometimes you get the uh oh something went wrong message but Ive checked my network signal, speeds ect and all good there. Overall though, very happy.

Lorex App Far Better Than Competitors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clear 2560x1440 video. I've used these Lorex cameras and a competitors cameras for a few years now. Connecting process of both is similar and always works for me. The Lorex app provides both live and saved (SD card) video to the phone, just like the competitor BUT without requiring a subscription or having the very intrusive ads that the competitor has now. I've disconnected all of the competitors cameras and have replaced them with these Lorex cameras. Much happier now!
