My new ones connected and are working well but I've never heard back regarding my hard wired ones that no longer record audio. It's all 4 of them. I have reset my system a couple of times to know avail.

I have installed and been using for over 6 months, 8 W461ASC Series wi fi lorex cameras plus 4 wired lorex cameras and 2 floodlight wireless cameras for over 8 months. . Everytime there is a 3 second power outage,( I have a generic whole house backup generator) most of the 8 W46series go off line. You have ti be home to reset them, which doesn't work if your on vacation and you need to monitor your home. That aside this last time 6 of my 8 cameras will not reset , and connect back to the wi cameras system. Tec support told Me to remove the camera and wait and re add camera to the system. I did that and still will not connect. Very disappointed in the HD Wi-Fi cameras. Totally useless and a waste of a lot of money.
