Lorex 2K Indoor Wi-Fi Security Camera

The camera has good resolution but it was hard to setup though the app. I had to delete the app and reload it before it worked. Another big deficiency is that it only had a dynamic IP address configuration and there is not way to change the IP address to static.

Won't add camera to my account

I am very disappointed with this camera. I have used Lorex systems for over 10 years and this is the first issue that I've ever had. My indoor Wi-Fi camera, W461ASC, won't add to my account on my app. I received one last year with a camera package that I ordered and it worked fine until several weeks ago. I got a message that it was offline. After numerous attempts to get it back up, I called Lorex. After 30 minutes on the phone, the tech told me that it must be my camera, so I ordered a new one. It won't add to my account either! It goes through all the steps until it comes to "adding to your account". After several minutes, I get the message "Failed to add to your account". I press the retry key but it still won't add it. I also have 2 wireless camera with this system and they both work fine. Very disappointed with Lorex.
