My wife got this for me and I love it. It has come in so handy. It is easy to use and stand up to what ever I need it to . If you are looking for a good stapler this is the one to go for
the three basic tools in home projects and repair, A stapler,a hot glue gun and duct tape. The T50 is one of the three no home should be without. From crafts to home repair the T50 wont let you down. So whether your crafting a smile or working to keep the cold from your family the T50 will get the job done.
Pros: Upholstery, Crafting, Wiring projects, Trim/molding, General Repairs, winterizing homes
I'm using an Arrow stapler that was originally purchased by my Grandfather, I'm pretty certain he bought it before I was born (1980).
I've had the stapler for about 10 years but it came with alot of staples when I inherited it so this is the first time I've had to buy replacements, came here to check if there were different options for replacement staples.
At any rate, I don't use the stapler very frequently but every time I do use it, it does what it is supposed to do. It just works, can't really ask for more than that.
Yes it does require some force to push the staples in, and it can be kind of painful using it bare-handed (at least if you are a girl with sensitive hands lol). That is easily fixed though by wearing some construction gloves with padding in the palm, the ones we have are Stanley Hi-Dex =)
Pros: Upholstery, Crafting, Wiring projects, General Repairs
I would recommend this to a friend!

Glad to hear your grandfather's T50 has held up well all these years. Just as an FYI, we have a new T50R.E.D. tool that is easier to squeeze with similar performance to the T50. With regards to purchasing staples please feel free to visit any Home Depot, Lowe's, or Ace Hardward store. Just so you know, look for the blue box of T50 staples when you get there.
The T-50 has been an important tool in our house for years. I have 3 of them each labled with the staple length in them. I would say my oldest stapler is now 25 years old and I am ordering a replacement part for the first time. I hope to get another 25 out of it...
Are you kidding me! I bought this staple gun while I was driving around so I could staple missing pet posters. For some reason I can't figure out how to load the staples. I have lots of power tools so obviously this staple gun is too difficult, or to easy for me to figure out how to load the staples.
Nevertheless, I had to drive home to go onto the internet to look for instructions. Since I'm home I picked up my other staple gun. This one is getting returned for the simple reason there wasn't any instructions on the package. I want to support "Made in the USA" but in order to do that this manufacturer needs to print some instruction verbage on the package.
I can't recommend this product or comment on its quality because I wasn't able to use it.

Thank you for you review. We are definitely listening to your suggestion and will take it into consideration.
I can think of no reason other than to save perhaps 2 cents per stapler that Arrow could not include instructions and the warranty information in the package instead of making purchasers go to Arrow's website to obtain them.
I can think of no reason except to save perhaps five cent that Arrow couldn't include at least 10-20 staples with each stapler.
I can think of no reason except to save possibly 10 cents per stapler that Arrow could not pad the grip on ALL models instead of just on some, particularly considering the extreme pressure required on the grip to fire a staple.
CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP!
Your cutting corners to save pennies is not exactly a glowing endorsement of manufacturing in the USA!
