Cheapskates....

I can think of no reason other than to save perhaps 2 cents per stapler that Arrow could not include instructions and the warranty information in the package instead of making purchasers go to Arrow's website to obtain them.
I can think of no reason except to save perhaps five cent that Arrow couldn't include at least 10-20 staples with each stapler.
I can think of no reason except to save possibly 10 cents per stapler that Arrow could not pad the grip on ALL models instead of just on some, particularly considering the extreme pressure required on the grip to fire a staple.
CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP!
Your cutting corners to save pennies is not exactly a glowing endorsement of manufacturing in the USA!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brand new and Jams constantly

After owning another T50 stapler for 25 yrs. it broke. The new one that I bought will let me shot about 4 staples and then it jams. When it jams you must take it apart to clear the jam. This process is driving me nuts trying to get my insulation job done. My old T50 seldom if ever jammed. Please give me some guidance in this matter.

JT27 is small and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the JT27 for a small upholstery job. The bottom cover from my sofa needed some staples, and the Jt27 did the job. Very easy to use, great grip and easy to load the staples.

The Heavy duty staple gun T 50 has been so helpful with my upholstering projects. It’s easy to load absolutely manageable for me to administer the staples in place. I want them to be it can handle a variety of sizes of staples, which come in handy in so many different situations.

I use my father's on a weekly basis and own one myself which I use at least on a monthly basis. I love these staplers. The one I own I have had for at least 10 years. My fathers is as old if not older. They do not rust, jam, and continue to work. A very reliable product.

Big change from my old electric

I purchased this unit to replace my outdated electric duo fast
that I can not get staples for any more. The new one operated fine
but I will most likely go back to an electric for the jobs that require
a lot of staples. I will keep this one for quick jobs that I don't want to
pull out a power cord to use.

Nice gun. Been wanting one for awhile. I use it staple up baffles in attics also for insulation and stapling plastic up.

This stapler is great. Using it with 9/16" staples on particle board and every staple seats perfectly. Easy to load.
