I have used this tool for numerous projects and it has worked very well and durable wouldn't use any other product.

I'm not sure if I have a lemon or if it is supposed to have a staple jam after every 5th or so staple. I was stapling plastic sheeting across open windows and I could not lay it flat against the surface each time I pulled the trigger. It may be that it only works well when its perfectly parellel and in full contact with the surface. It should be more forgiving and allow more angles to staple.
Pros: Upholstery, General Repairs, insulation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I HAVE USED THIS TOOL IN VARIOUS WAYS BUT MOSTLY TO HANG GREENERY FROM THE EXPOSED BEAMS IN THE LOG HOME AT CHRISTMAS TIME. WORKS VERY WELL.

Opened the package, loaded the staples, completed hanging Christmas lights. No jams. The price was of the stapler was nice. The price of the staples was great. The stapler is sturdy and hard metal. Satisfied buyer and user.
