Was going to use for automotive seat upholstery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it once and then it basically broke/jammed up to the point where I couldn’t even get the staples back out to try to fix. Possible I didn’t use the correct staples although I know I used the correct size. Overall it has a good design for easy use although broke after literally putting 1 staple through it.
Pros: Upholstery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear that you've had problems with your staple gun. The problem you describe should not have occurred if you were using T50 staples, regardless of the length. Take a look at our staple guide regarding choosing the correct staple length: https://bit.ly/3fJdrRS.
Also, please take a look at this video on clearing jams from the T50: http://bit.ly/t50-tip. Perhaps you can remove the jammed staple.

Was difficult to use for sofa

Thanks for your review. However, you mention the Powershot, but your review is posted under the T50. They are two different models that operate differently. The Powershot is a forward-action stapler, and the T50 is a heavy-duty manual staple gun. You'll find help for both tools on our YouTube channel.

Bought this stapler for both outdoor and indoor projects. Super user friendly. Works like a charm. Bought the 1/4 inch staples and was able to use it to upholster my dinning rooms chairs in just a few mins!

I owned my T50 staple gun for over 25 years and needed help with continued fastener operation. So I contacted their customer care /service department. They helped restore proper handle return action.
Richard guided me through the repair process. He is an exceptional employee with the knowledge and expertise for their products! I wish more companies would have ARROW's customer satisfaction concerns.
