All metal construction, built solid. It drives staples without fail and its made in America. What more can you really ask for?

Excellent product for light duty

I use this item for tacking upholstery around the bottom of chair cushions. The material being penetrated is plywood. The product works well every time.

Perfect for upholstering

We inherited a beautiful solid wood dining set from my in-laws. The only thing that wasn't beautiful was the fabric on the seats. I originally bought a staple gun from the craft store, but it wouldn't shoot the staples all the way into the wood. They kept ending up like a crumpled m. So I went to the hardware store and bought this gun (for LESS money than the one sold in the reupholstery area of the craft store!) and it worked great! And I get so many compliments on my newly updated chairs!

Excellet Stapler

This is an excellent stapler. It holds a full sleeve of staples, works down to the last staple in a sleeve, has enough stapling power and rarely jams.

Jammed in the first 10 minutes of using product

This staple gun is advertised as jam resistant but it jammed within the first 10 minutes of using it. To unjam it, you have to take it apart which is not easy.
Pros: insulation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Product

This is my first taker gun. As a petite female, the tacker gun was a bit too large for my hands to have a good grip; otherwise no complaints!
