Great product, excellent customer service

I have owned my T50 stapler for many years. As a homeowner, I don't use it regularly, but when I have a project, it has always worked flawlessly. Recently, while recovering some chair seats, a very small spring clip holding one of the main pins in the body of the stapler broke.
Before setting out to search local hardware stores for a possible replacement, I called Arrow to see if they could help, and help they did. They promptly mailed a few replacement clips (so I have a back-up if needed) at no charge.
This product will surely outlive me, and probably my heirs as well. Thank you Arrow for a great quality product and excellent customer support.

Great stapler

I just purchased my third T-50 in forty years. They have been extremely durable, surviving many falls from ladders and scaffolding.
It's a man's stapler. It takes my wife two hands to fire it.
Only suggestion would be rubber coat the handle like my T-38

Good, Sturdy tool with power to embed staples in treated wood

I use this stapler to create a cold frame for growing strawberries and spring vegetables. This stapler has the power embed the stapler in treated wood stakes. My previous stapler could not fully set the staple like this unit does. Easy to fill with staples and takes a full stick of staples. Very satisfied with this stapler!

I appreciate that the T50 accepts six different lengths of staples, and is easy to load too! I should have purchased this stapler years ago!
