One of the best tools I own.

Just bought a second one to use at our new lake house. I have owned my first for over 30 years and it is still going strong. I always keep an assortment of staples on hand to tackle any job that comes up. Short staples can be a bit tricky to load without them flipping over so I only use nearly intact long rows of them for all but the last few in the tray, but other than that its a great design.
Pros: Upholstery, insulation, Flooring, Crafting, General Repairs

this stapler stopped working

I've had this stapler for around a year & it just stopped working. There doesn't seem to be anything obstructing it, but it 'staples' air instead of staples. The one I had before lasted more than 30 years. And of course this one is 'tamper-proof', not user friendly, so I can't fix it. Needless to say, I'm going to buy another brand this time.Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, there, it sounds like your T50 Heavy Duty Staple Gun may have a jam inside that’s causing it to misfire. To clear it, remove the pusher rod assembly, and use a screwdriver and pliers to remove the screw and nut located at the back of the tool. The channel assembly can then be removed and you can clear the jammed staple. Does what we need it to do!

Needed easy to use stapler for misc projects and it has done just we needed it to do. It is easy to load and squeeze.

Works great when it works

Gun jams and doesn't load staples quite often. When it does work it is great for the money, however it gets tiresome having to take it apart to clear jams.
Pros: Hanging Targets, General Repairs
