Useless

Clearly its me, but this is my second T5 and both jammed all the time. I simply don't understand the positive reviews? I use it with Arrow SS staples yet all the time it jams and I have to open and clear the jam. I use proper lengths and not just bits but jams regardless.
Pros: General Repairs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, there. Jams in manual staple guns can occur for a variety of reasons, including stapling into a hard plastic like ABS or not keeping the staple gun flush to the surface while firing. Comfort, ease of use, smooth action

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this T50 ELITE to supplement my T50; after using it, I may have to donate my over thirty-year-old T50. I find this machine to be comfortable to grip and smooth of operation. This T50 is missing only one thing: a stamp that reads, "Made in U.S. A.".

Great for nailing carpet for underfloor insulation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Arrow stapler is about four years old. We use it almost entirely for stapling up insulation. The first stapler has not worn out, we are sixty miles from the closest store and decided we needed a spare on our shelf. Very pleased with the performance of our Arrow T-50 stapler.

New and does not work

I just bought this stapler and cannot use it because it has no tension in the handle and will not staple. The instructions are just pictures that are difficult to understand. I am going to return it and buy something of better quality.

Hello, there. If you haven't yet returned the staple gun, remove the magazine to check for jammed staples. Take out the pusher rod, and then use pliers to hold the nut while loosening the screw at the back of the tool. Now remove the screw and pull out the entire inside frame of the tool, and use a flathead screwdriver or pliers to clear any stuck staples. If there are no staples in the channel, squeeze the handle to see if the knife is visible and moves with the handle. We will be in touch with you by email to follow up and further troubleshoot!
