I like this product, it is user friendly , and very simple to use without much effort. I use it for everyday things and also for crafts.

Very easy to load and operate

I can say without exception my arrow model # JT 27 is the most dependable and the easiest to load than all of the others I have used.

Great for everyday use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great stapler for everyday use. I have an issue with my hand so it is hard to compress after several uses but for most people this shouldn't be an issue. I highly recommend this stapler as I have had several and they are work horses. I am replacing my old one because it disappeared when the guys hanging my Christmas lights and borrowed it... For good ;)

constantly jams

I work with these staples at our company, and the staples are consistently jamming, the slide holding the staples bind where as the staples do not slide freely.
Pros: Upholstery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
