Good for basic projects

Great starter stapler for small frames, DIY projects, and temporary placement on softer woods. Staples may not be strong enough for more lasting use on drywall or dense woods.

This tool and its staples were designed to work with a number of wood surfaces, including soft wood like Douglas fir and pine, as well as hard wood like oak, plywood and MDF.
And while we wouldn't recommend using the T50 to hang drywall, you should be able to use it to staple something onto drywall, as long as you have the 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch penetration into the drywall substrate that's required for a secure hold.

Successful project
