I've successfully used a T50 heavy duty staple gun to upholster worn dining chairs more years than I can remember

I recently had three problems with my staple gun. None of the problems were the fault of the gun. Each of them was solved however, with a call to Arrow's customer service.
Problem #1 was a stuck handle, seemingly caused by the humidity in our basement.
Problem #2 was a couple of jammed staples
Problem #3 was my breaking the magazine, trying to force it into the gun when there were staples jammed in there
Rick, the customer service employee, solved all three problems. He is endlessly patient and wouldn't give up till the gun was operating properly. I'm eighty-five years old and, though I've used staple guns for years, I've never had one fixed before, probably because I never talked to Rick before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product to use to re-staple upholstery that had drooped under my couch. This product has worked well so far. I'm not sure if I missed it but there were no directions on how to load the staples. Other than that, I would recommend this stapler to anyone.

Good for general use

Used to reupholster 6 chairs
