Not good for wood....great for other things

I bought this because I needed to firmly attach the screen to my front door. I was disappointed that the staples, did not come with it, and the ones that I was recommended did not go into the wood door. They just bounced off. For this purpose, I would not recommend this. I will update when I buy bigger staples. For something, not as thick, it works well.

If you're having difficulty getting staples to fully penetrate the material you're stapling into it could be that the staple you're using is too long.
