I posted a somewhat scathing review after my second power stapler broke. Arrow Fasteners was gracious and promp to replace the stapler. I would like to amend my previous review by saying I am very satisfied. Thank you to Arrow Fasteners

VERY POOR STAPLE INFORMATION

ARROW STAPLE PACKAGING IS NOT SPECIFIC ON WHAT IS INSIDE. LOOKING AT A BOX, THERE IS NOTHING THAT IDENTIFIES THE WIDTH OR LEG LENGTH. EXAMPLE--- LOOKING AT A BOX OF #509 STAPLES, THERE ARE TWO NUMBERS, 9/16 AND 14MM. WHAT IS THE WIDTH AND WHAT IS THE LEG LENGTH? OH WAIT! THEY ARE BOTH THE SAME MEASUREMENT! ARROW NEEDS TO BE SPECIFIC AND PRINT 3/8" WIDE X 9/16 LEG. NOWHERE ON THE PACKAGE DOES IT SAY 3/8 WIDE.
