Rough getting started

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to do some upholstery repairs but have been trying to get it loaded and a first staple to eject with no success. Can’t locate any trouble shooting help on their website.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your T50. We have troubleshooting videos for most of our tools on our YouTube channel. Here is one on loading a T50: http://bit.ly/load-T50. And here is one on clearing jams: http://bit.ly/t50-tip. We recommend checking for jammed staples since a staple may have jammed when you attempted to fire your staple gun.
Here is a link to our staple guide, which you can find on our website: https://bit.ly/3fJdrRS. You should make sure the staple length you're using is appropriate for the application.
If you have difficulty firing the stapler, try placing a hand on top for extra exertion.
Hope this helps! We back our tools with a replacement warranty, so if you continue having difficulties loading and using your T50, it may be the result of a defect, in which case we can replace it. For more help, please contact us at customercare@arrowfastener.com or 800-776-2228.
