First things first…. This thing is a beast! Built like a tank. That being said, there is a learning curve. With the heating element so close to the food, it doesn’t act like your normal air fryer. Hopefully, food gurus will play with different foods and offer advice.

Cooks great but sucks at connecting to your phone. I have issues and have to spend 5 or so minutes to get it to work despite a good WiFi signal. I wish all the cooking options from the phone actually showed on the air fryer. Disappointed because of the connectivity issue

This is more than an typical air fryer. The bottom heating coil is a game changer. Searing and Browning are not easily archived. The display is large,bright and easy to navigate. The huge drawer is so good for doing bigger portions and makes shaking mid cook less necessary. Although on the pricey side. The look, features and build quality make it well worth the investment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very sorry I purchased this. I was excited about the self clean mode but everytime I run it the process seems to burn the interior products and the handle of the air fryer accessory The most disappointing part is the air fry feature, the fan is too strong. You would think that is a good thing but let me explain, the unit and basket are very shallow. After I washed the basket and air fryer tray and let them dry upon putting them back in I noticed crumbs by the front of either side of the unit. I thought that’s odd it’s a solid basket when I looked inside the sides and back were coated in crumbs the fan seems to blow them everywhere when air frying anything breaded. The problem is the opening is very narrow and hard to get your hand back there with something to reach the crumbs like a paper towel. The next problem if you do reach the crumbs either go under the bottom burners or in numerous crevices, the unit is not one solid piece if you look there is a seam all around the bottom
Piece and the top so sweeping those crumbs out makes them embedded in there making this a very expensive fire hazard or ant attraction inside the seam where you can’t see. This now is the most expensive thing I’ll ever throw out. The toast setting really stinks to nothing gets done even and not being able to see in makes it useless.

Good but not perfect

First off this is a very well made air fryer. The quietest I have ever used. Only draw back is the height of food you can place inside. Anything too high will burn. Perfect for wings, fries, tatar tots,etc. Anything like a thick bagel, you need to keep an eye on it. Frozen Pizza work good, but does not crisp the bottom too well. Needs better circulation on the bottom somehow. There is no preheat button, so you have to allow a bit of time in order to get the temp at the correct level. Overall it is very good, and large. Cost is a bit steep, so best to try to get it on sale if possible
