It works okay. The battery doesn’t stay charged super long when it’s on full power. Also the area that catches the dirt fills up fast.

I like the suction power of this Shark TruePet Vacuum. We have a dog and several cats. So it is important that our vacuum can handle bare floors as well as carpets. The only negative is that the collection cup must be emptied very frequently. But it sucks up everything.

We loved out Shark Rocket; it was amazing to be able to vacuum hardwood and tile before mopping rather than sweeping with a broom. For christmas, I ordered on for my mother-in-law who was fawning over ours when she was over. Same model #. When it arrived it had none of the accessories ours came with months earlier. Had to order each accessory separately to give her what she expected. I do not appreciate this at all, dont let shark nickel and dime you too. After purchasing the needed accessories you could get a similar style dyson for the same price. Shark just lost a lifelong customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my Shark Rocket. It is lightweight and no cords. I just plug in to charge for about 45 minutes and I have a full charge. This worked better than my Robo vacuum. I was surprised at how much was being left behind. Great little vacuum with immense power.

This vacuum has been the worst purchase of my adult life (and I have owned fords, I know disappointment) it is constantly overheating or dying. I absolutely do not recommend this if you have dogs. The hair does not transfer from the small chamber to the larger chamber for dust and hair so I have to empty it non stop or it overheats and just shuts off. I have sworn by shark for years. I have convinced tons of people to switch from dyson to shark, but after this vacuum I simply cannot back then like I used to. It’s a shame, my last 4 shark vacuums have all been amazing. I will be exploring new options for a vacuum while my super expensive vacuum sits as a closet decoration.
