It was a little wonky at first having most of the weight be at the top but It has grown on me. It really cleans well and gets in more nooks and crannies than any other vacuum I’ve used.

Not worth what I paid. Definitely doesn't remove pet hair or even try to - it just skims right over top. There are far better vacuums out there - at a much better price point.

*sigh* When I bought this product I knew I had officially become an adult. I had one dog at the time and had meticulously researched and researched for an affordable *quality* pet hair vacuum. I now have two dogs, and I still love my vacuum because it is light, easy to maneuver, small (perfect for condo storage), and does a really good job. I use it only on carpet and upholstery.The cons are the normal vacuum cons: it looses suction as the dust cup gets clogged with fur (not dust though, if I didn't have dogs I wouldn't have this problem, the dander and dust settle properly to the bottom), and it is a small dust cup (because it's a stick vacuum you sacrifice the capacity for convenience and weight).Neither of these really matter to me though, I don't mind emptying the cup more often - I empty it after each room, even though I don't always need to. My carpet looks noticeably cleaner after each use.My sister-in-law swears by her Dyson, but for the price of the Shark it's a great buy.

I bought this over 6 years ago. Still works like brand new!!! It has incredible suction!! I have 3 dogs and a large home and this vacuum is perfect. Just had clean the pre filter and remove hair off the brush roll monthly. Absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a simple lightweight vacuum.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Con: The rollers get clogged with pet hair easily, so I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum for carpet. The pad is great for hardwoods.

It’s ok but let’s just sAy it hates cat litter . The kitty’s kick the litter out and if it gets in the vacuum it literally pours out the bottom once it turns off

I love this! I got this as a gift from my husband 6 months ago cause I love cleaning! This vacuum is perfect for us, Inuse this everyday cause I want to keep the carpet clean and the strong suction gets even dmall hair in the carpet! So easy to clean to, its just one click and snap away! Plus, we don’t have a storage and this one is perfect since i can just put it in one corner cause its not bulky! Such an amazing product works perfectly for wood floors in the stuff fake rugs picks up crumbs picks up bigger items and does not jam up
