Great printer once you get it started.

Needed a tech from Geek Squad to come and do the initial setup and get it connected to our Wi Fi. Even he had a few issues. Once he was finished it works great! Kudos to our Geek Squad dude!

Enjoying how fast it is. Duplex is great. Only one big fault. The toner cartridge -- for the price they should include a full cartridge not a partial one.. That is being CHEAP........
Recommend if you can purchase on sale. I got mine for $190.00 compared to the asking price of $329.99..

OK for some needs not all.

Took two hours on the phone to try and download then connect drivers for unit which should have been a few minutes on-line. Different than my old Cannon printer so a learning curve. Printing and scanning not nearly as easy as my older ImageClass unit though it does do the job.
I would recommend this to a friend!
