lack of directions and support

Have had the printer for several years and much of it we do not use because the lack of directions for setup and what there is is unuseable. No support available to assist

Disappointed

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. No instructions. Hard to set up. Prolonged pause to print first page. Cannot use old Xerox scanner interface. Current one does not have a way to name the new scan.
