Got this as a gift and it fell apart after a few uses. Rubber pieces all over and grinding noises.

Deal keeps coming off when unscrewing to

Exchanged twice because the seal after a few uses kept coming out when u crewing the top. It works great but having to continue to have to replace the seal is time consuming. So now I'm taking it back again and try to upgrade.

I've purchased 4 of these and every single 1 has burnt up in a months time. Using the frozen shake recipes to the T and it can't hold up!

I bought this about 10 weeks ago for making smoothies and to hold us over until I had gotten my countertop blender from storage after a move. I've used this only for smoothies and it was doing a wonderful job. It crushed ice (that I had smashed into shards already before adding, and powered through frozen strawberries and bananas that were cut into chunks before freezing. I only used this once a day and not even every day. Then after about smoothie #27, it stopped working. I would not buy this again as it did not last. I expected this to at least be good for a year and here we are, not even 3 months in, and it's a goner. It had great weight and stayed put on the counter and did not walk while in use. I was simple to use and easy and fast to clean. I loved it until it stopped working. This was a fantastic personal blender, until it wasn't.

So I seen the commercials a long time ago when T.V was still a thing. Never did I expect to be this unhappy. I got a Ninja on offer up and the blade got dull so I decided to try a Bullet. both products where brand new. Hands down the Ninja kicks rump and Bullet can't cut it literally. I'm drinking my smoothie now with strings of celery in my mouth and I am so grossed out I had to write a review while I was experiencing this distastful outcome. I don't like to have large pieces of veggies in my cup, small pulp is fine. Kale, celery, beets, spinach, pineapple, carrots, apples and banana with a spoonful of sugar per cup. thats how I get my vitamins but I rather not taste the things I cannot stand to taste like celery strings. Please improve the blade on this product and send me one. Otherwise I wasted my money or have to sale it to the next ignorant person who doesn't know what to expect. Not trying to critisize because I gave two stars for presentation. Packaging was awesome, and supplies are too. The blade and motor seems like its cheap and not equipped to blend as needed. Food for thought.

I have hac the magic bullet mini for just over 1 year. I'm not impressed. It won't blend frozen fruit. It takes forever to mix. And now, for some reason, the blade refuses to match up with the base, so it won't work at all anymore.

We haven’t had this Bullet that long. We ordered it June 12, 2021 - so literally 4 days past warranty. This is my second Magic Bullet (the first was years ago - and I had it forever). Its great for morning smoothies for my daughter and me. As of this morning, this blender is now completely useless. The paddles on the motor base have crumbled off leaving a motor that can’t turn anything. There’s nothing for the blade piece to lock with. Not only was it a waste of money but the poor quality just makes for more landfill.
