Missing piece

The tripod is very well built and sturdy. Mine was missing the camera mount, so that’s disappointing. Their customer service was friendly and helpful. Hopefully I will be able to use it soon

I just bought this today and tried it out to make sure it would work for filming my YouTube videos and it works great and is easy to use. I can’t wait to try it out while I’m exploring.

I bought this tripod a week ago for my projector and it works amazing and has very amazing features such as two levels for precise balance .

Our department bought this product a few weeks ago, and it has made our job a lot easier! This product is very easy to use, comes with a nice carrying case and takes up a minimal amount of storage space! Great product!

Lightweight, Easy to use, Rugged

Overall I like this tripod. It's easy to adjust the height, collapse back down and toss in the carry bag. The carry back is pretty well made with an easy to use zipper. The leg latches are easy to use, and snap closed firmly.
The only thing I find difficult is the camera extension for height. Turning the foldable lever quite often causes it to flip back. You have to apply constant pressure against the handle to keep it from collapsing. If the lever opened up an extra degree would allow for easier use of this fine tuning adjustment.
